MT Upgrade

Back from Tibet. Upgrading the 'ole installation to MT 4.0.

Trying to see if MT 4.0 is worth the upgrade by installing it here first (before potentially sending it over to Canned Coffee or the CMP blog).

Will have extensive travel notes as well as photos from Tibet up soon.
