Sukiyabashi Jiro, the mind-blowingly delicious Sushi shop I photographed in 2006 was just awarded 3 stars by Michelin.

It really is a fabulous shop and I'm glad to see it getting the international recognition it deserves (Jiro-san has already received plenty of recognition on his home turf — he's been awarded status of living national treasure).
